Dual license-holders are a rarity. Which must mean Marsha Butler is twice as nice to work with. The Oklahoma State University graduate can help you find a primary home in North Texas and then turn around and hook you up with a vacation home in Oklahoma.
Marsha has strong, healthy roots in both places. She has been affiliated with the Ebby Halliday Companies for five years as an agent and mentor in the company’s Prosper | Celina Office. And her family first settled in the Sooner State before it became one. She and her husband used to live in a cottage on Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees northeast of Tulsa. Last year, when the time was right for the Ebby Halliday Companies to expand over the Red River, Marsha was an obvious choice to become Broker of Record for real estate activities there.
Marsha says exceptional recreational, farm, ranch and residential opportunities are abundant in Oklahoma and she is excited to introduce clients to all the state has to offer. She also enjoys making Ebby Halliday known to our northern neighbors who have not yet had the pleasure.
As an agent, Marsha is known as an assertive negotiator and a listener who is determined to take your needs, desires and wishes, then work to make them happen. In the process, you’ll receive outstanding service, combined with the highest quality of personal and business ethics, and a commitment to meeting and exceeding your highest expectations.
Marsha’s had personal experience in real estate, having bought, invested in, and sold residences as well as commercial property. She’s also owned businesses in the fields of advertising, sales and management. This background has provided experience, expertise in negotiation skills, representation, and commitment to clients.
She is still a big fan of lake living and is spreading the word and providing tours to buyers about the new Bois d’Arc Lake coming soon to North Texas.
